Program Management
When you become a CSI client, you will have a Program Manager that oversees your account, orchestrating all CSI activity on your behalf. This “single point of contact” philosophy is coordinated with our internal ERP software system, M2M (www.Made2Manage.com). Designed exclusively for manufacturing companies. M2M is maintained by our expert IT group and integrates all the different CSI departments into a single functioning entity.

The Program Manager is the central figure communicating all customer requirements into the system. Using the M2M tool, the program manager can monitor all the relevant data, from engineering to procurement to factory floor status of any assembly. This real-time environment gives CSI – and you – the ability to execute changes and implement instructions quickly and efficiently.

Manufacturing Engineering
CSI has a full staff of experienced Manufacturing Engineers (MEs). Teamed with our quality group, this group is responsible for defining the best manufacturing process for each product.

They also are tasked with keeping CSI up the technology curve. As a result, CSI is equipped to assemble PCBs with virtually any component mix. Our sophisticated software programs allow engineers to implement solutions quickly and accurately.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs
Flexible, custom-fit product supply programs enable you to reduce costs and lead times. CSI offers customized KanBan programs, each designed to fit your forecasting and production needs.

Component Engineering
Attention to detail is key to design and assembly of high technology products. Obsolete part solutions, substitute parts, manufacturability, accurate documentation and current technologies are all required to produce consistently error-free product. CSI’s engineering resources support you and your requirements.

Engineering plays a key technical support role in concert with virtually all departments within the organization. From front-end design to full functional test, engineering is there to support the realization of your product.

The Engineering Department is available to all our customers, and is a key support group for solving problems quickly and accurately. Many OEMs today have pared down their internal engineering resources. So, CSI provides this engineering resource on an “on call” basis to save you time and money.

Proactive Cost Reduction
Cost reduction is a continual focus at CSI. Among the steps taken:

• Sophisticated quoting processes to consistently check component costs
• A M2M ERP system is integrated throughout the factory floor to track actual labor time applied
  on each order
