Surface Mount
CSI maintains multiple, automated production lines suitable for various SMT assembly requirements, including fine-pitch, BGA and micro-BGA placement. Offline set-up and quick-turn changeover strategies enable high equipment run-time utilization on each line.

Through-Hole
Through-hole production lines are equipped to handle all types of components. Components are inserted using automatic insertion and hand-assembly equipment. High quality soldering is achieved using the latest wave solder, selective solder and hand-solder technologies.

RoHS/Lead Free
CSI has built thousands of lead-free assemblies since the EU directive. We have the experience and tools to assist our customers in their transition to producing RoHS-compliant products.

Test/Post Production
Production assemblies are tested based on the customer specifications.
We offer several options for test methods.

Functional fixtures can be supplied by the customer, or developed in- house by our engineering department based on customer specifications. In-house engineers generate flying probe and in-circuit programs.

Box Builds
Products often require some form of assembly beyond the PCB. CSI has complete box build capability to deliver sub-assemblies, bulk packing of completed products and complete build and packaging as seen by the end-user.

Full Warranty Services
CSI performs warranty repairs on PCBs produced, and upgrade services as products evolve.
