CSI’s Quality Manager has been with the company for more than 20 years, making “error-free production” a cornerstone and a reality. Quality systems, and a quality culture, are engrained in day-to-day operations. CSI tracks all aspects of manufacturing and retains information for six months on every job order. Any trends that occur are quickly identified, analyzed and resolved. Accurate data capture proliferates continuous improvement within the organization – providing true value to all our customers.

Manufacturing Engineering
Attention to detail is the foundation of CSI’s ME group. A systematic approach to both New Product Introduction and ongoing production of electronic assemblies provides a consistent platform for excellence in manufacturing. With more than 100 years combined electronics experience, CSI engineers have the expertise to solve problems quickly and effectively. Consistent application of each checklist item ensures strict adherence to standards. When you do it right the first time and every time, the customer realizes the benefit.

Engineering
It all starts at the beginning with design and documentation. CSI once again applies decades of experience to proven systems. Our VP of Engineering has been with CSI more than 10 years, and boasts 30 years in the business. The business processes we have developed over time are robust, proven and reliable. Customers can be confident their electronics products will be built precisely to their specifications without fail. Unwavering adherence to standards, specifications and business systems is not questioned within the organization, but rather embraced with enthusiasm.
